Ready Recruits provides ongoing, subscription-based recruitment support. This includes sourcing, screening, and presenting trial-ready candidates based on the hiring needs and criteria provided by the Client.
We do not guarantee employment offers, specific hiring outcomes, or the long-term performance of any candidate.
2. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding your hiring needs, business type, and preferred candidate criteria.

Maintain open communication with your assigned recruitment partner.

Inform us promptly when a vacancy arises or a candidate is hired.

Treat all candidate information confidentially and professionally.

3. Subscription and Billing

Services are billed on a monthly subscription basis, with fees determined based on your hiring needs and business type.

Your subscription begins on the day of signup and automatically renews monthly unless cancelled.

Payment is due in advance at the start of each billing cycle.

Invoices will be sent via email or through your account dashboard (if applicable).

4. Refund Policy
Ready Recruits does not offer refunds once a billing period has started. You are paying for access to recruitment services, not guaranteed hires. This includes cases where:

You do not use the service during the month.

No candidates are ultimately hired.

You choose not to proceed with presented candidates.
We may, at our discretion, offer a service credit if we fail to deliver candidates aligned with your agreed profile or hiring goals.
5. Cancellations and Pausing Service

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Candidate Trial Periods

All candidates are submitted as "trial-ready," meaning they may undergo a trial shift with your team before an offer is made.

You are responsible for any compensation or liability arising from trial shifts, including legal compliance with employment laws in your jurisdiction.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials, branding, processes, and content used in our service remain the intellectual property of Ready Recruits. You may not reproduce, repurpose, or distribute any part of our service without written consent.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all non-public information, including candidate details and business operations, confidential. This obligation survives the termination of service.
9. Limitation of Liability
Ready Recruits is not liable for:

The performance, conduct, or suitability of any candidate after placement.

Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services.

Legal disputes or claims arising between you and any candidate hired through our service.

10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms. We will notify clients of significant updates via email.
